Six new Litargus Erichson, 1846 species (Coleoptera: Mycetophagidae) from Thailand

Abstract : The species Litargus (Litargosomus) orientalis sp. nov., L. (Litargosomus) thamthanus sp. nov., L. (Litargosomus) seideli sp. nov., L. (Litargosomus) strnadi sp. nov., L. (Litargosomus) tratensis sp. nov. from Thailand and L. (Litargosomus) skalei sp. nov. from Thailand and Laos are described, illustrated and compared with similar species. The species Litargus (Litargosomus) balteatus LeConte, 1856, Litargus (Litargosomus) laosensis Háva, 2021 and Litargus (Litargosomus) lewisi Reitter, 1889 are newly recorded from Thailand. A list of recorded Litargus species from Thailand is added.
