Methodology of collecting, rearing and preserving parasitic entomophagous insects (Hymenoptera) for biodiversity research
Abstract :New effective collecting methods, new collecting traps and entomological equipment for the effective collecting of the parasitic hymenopterans are described at the first time. Features of different new, original field collecting techniques, laboratory rearing and preserving of parasitic hymenopterans for Museum’s collections are described and explained at the first time. New methods of the collecting of different parasitic Hymenoptera and hatching from various stages of arthropod-hosts (eggs, larvae, nymphs, pupae and imago) are described at the first time. This publication is intended for graduate and post-graduate students of universities, teachers, lecturers, agronomists, entomologists, collectors and biocontrol, IPM and plant protection specialists.
