First record of Paectophyllum ferrugineum Enghoff, 1995 in Europe, from the island of Lesvos (Diplopoda: Julidae: Paectophyllinae)

Abstract :

In this paper, the presence of Paectophyllum ferrugineum Enghoff, 1995 in Greece is documented for the first time from the island of Lesvos. This record also constitutes the first one for Europe in general. Notes about habitat and distribution on the island are given. In addition, mating is recorded and described for the first time.
