Entomophagy
Abstract : In terms of the rich nutritional value of entomophagy with the global popularity of the idea that it could be a solution to food shortages, use of insects as a sustainable food and feed group together is being investigated. Within the scope of this project, the nutritional content of insects, environmental on its benefits, production, potential hazards (food safety), animal health investigation of the effects, processing, acceptance, consumption and consumer attitudes and it was aimed to provide a broad perspective on entomophagy.
