Contribution to the knowledge of the Ichneumonidae (Hymenoptera) fauna of western Turkey, with first record of Phygadeuon geniculatus for Turkish fauna

Abstract :

This study is based on the material of the family Ichneumonidae collected from Isparta, İzmir, Manisa and Muğla provinces of western Turkey between the years of 1971 and 2017. In this study, totally 17 species belonging to 11 genera were recorded. Among them Phygadeuon geniculatus Kriechbaumer, 1892 is a new record for the Turkish fauna. A short zoocographical characterization and plants on which the specimens collected are given for each species.
