An important contribution to the knowledge of Lamiinae fauna of Turkey (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae)
Abstract :In this study, material belonging to Lamiinae subfamily of Cerambycidae housed in the collection of Lodos Entomological Museum (LEMT) İzmir, Turkey have been evaluated. A total of 32 species and 18 subspecies belonging to 16 genera have been presented. Among them, Parmena istanbulensis Danilevsky & Hızal, 2017 is the first record to Anatolia. Agapanthia pesarinii Sama & Rapuzzi, 2010 is the first record to European Turkey (= Thrace). And Parmena istanbulensis Danilevsky & Hızal, 2017, Phytoecia gamzeae Özdikmen, 2017 and Agapanthia subflavida Pic, 1903 are the second record to Turkey after their original descriptions (2, 2 and 117 years, respectively). Additional new provincial and regional records for many species have been given.
