A new Cryptorhopalum species and notes on Dermestidae (Coleoptera) from Guatemala

Abstract :

Cryptorhopalum muenchmeyeri sp. nov. from Guatemala is described, illustrated and compared with similar species belonging to the “rufofasciatum species subgroup;” the new species differs by the colour of the elytral spots and the structure of the antennae. Notes on four other Dermestidae from Guatemala are provided.
