A description of new genus Uncoproctis Kaleka, Singh & Bali, gen. nov. (Lepidoptera: Erebidae: Lymantriinae) from India

Abstract : A new genus of Lymantriinae, Uncoproctis Kaleka, Singh & Bali, gen. nov. (Type species: Euproctis lunata Walker) of tribe Nygmiini Holloway is established. The morphological description and diagnosis are provided for the new genus. A new combination as Uncoproctis lunata, comb.nov. is also established.
